All orders over £50 are delivered FREE in mainland UK. This also applies
to Northern Ireland provided the parcel can be sent by standard British
Post. If the parcel is heavy and we have to send the parcel via our carrier
delivery will be charged at our cost.
Below £50 all orders will be charged at £3.99 to mainland UK
Orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail or by a Carrier service, depending
on the weight and value. On all parcels worth over £20.00 a signature will
be required upon delivery.
If an item is broken upon delivery and a replacement is required we will pay
the cost of the return postage to us. If you wish to return or change an
item please return it within 30 days in the original packaging and we will
refund your money, less the cost of the outward postage.
All Overseas postage is charged at our cost and sent by the least expensive
secure way within our power.

IMPORTANT! If a parcel of any size arrives and appears to be damaged in any
way please sign as 'damaged' or 'unchecked' and if possible get the
signature of the person who delivered it. This makes life much easier in the
