If you require a hard copy, although they are still free and can be collected from our shop, in an effort to contain spiralling delivery costs we regret that this year for the first time we have been forced to make a nominal charge for postage. We charge £1.99 in the UK and £6.99 overseas but this is fully refundable against your first order so essentially it is still totally free including postage costs!
